DeLay (what's a xenophobe like him doing with a French name??) decided not to run for Congress again, hopefully seating the Democrats up to take his seat that he tried to gerrymander out of them.

Let's hope he goes to prison now instead of K Street, where he can devise evil strategies and get paid $5 million a year.
